How to use Filezilla?

Hi guys, my forum is called yfc.getforum.org. I have filezilla. I have tried connecting to my server, ftp server, everything! I am not sure to password, even for mine. How do i do file transfer, or even log in!

I have tried some of the methods whom you have already written, but alas, they bring me no luck!

Oli, most likely you are using the wrong username or the wrong ftp server.

Ive made my FTP account and logged in. The oonly directory is /, www, and ..

And they all link together. How do I then put a file in?

It depends what you are trying to do and what kind of file you are trying to upload?
